Nah, seriously, I suck at getting stuff done without a deadline, and have my own projects I'm putting off, and in general, editing an entire book somebody wrote is a big project I dunno if I have the time and stamina for, cash money or no.

JM isn't in the proper circles to make any fat royalty checks right now. No offense to you, good Sir Hoffman, of course.

In the meantime I could edit the new book using engrish.

Edit: I'm tempted to hack into this because I feel like it's a challenge/contest now, but I'm not sure what you're looking for, JM. I'm not going to write you a new book based on your ideas, nor am I going to try to fix everything I don't like. It's your creative license and work that makes your book good or not good, not your editor trying to make everybody think you're something you're not. The best I could ethically do is possibly offer you suggestions on how to improve sections.

Story started out nice, though. Very Anne Rice; there's definitely a good-sized group of people to whom this book will appeal.

Spoon- It's 50 dollars guaranteed, 25 if you can get it by when we decide it should be done, and 25 if it gets published. And provided I see royalties over 100 dollars I'll cut you in on it.
I'm definately glad you noticed the errors though. I'm happy to have sentences rewritten for clarity and will pretty much give you free reign. There are only like 8 chapters in the book, they're just quite long.
Also, the email to send to is tokemonmonmon@hotmail.com it might help if I put that.

Edit: That if/when would be this weekend, hopefully (assuming I don't have a billion art projects kicking my ass); I'm not saying like, oh hey, 12 months from now I have some time so I'll get to editing that sucker...

I'm sorry.
I'll buy the book though, assuming it doesn't cost more than a normal book would... I'm actually pretty interested in hearing the rest of the story.
