No Nit-Pick here, but during the Catina scene where the dudes who have the death certificates (?) from many systems on their heads get pissed at Luke for no aparent reason, Obi offers to buy the talker a drink before the guy turns him down and one of them loses an arm.
1) the guys aren't as tough as they think they are, wonder what whimy crimes they pulled off to warrent the "death certificates" on many systems if they can't hold their own during a simple bar scuffle, makes you wonder why they aren't armless well before the Tattooine scene.
2) Guess Obi was itchin' for a fight as his negotiating skills and being a preserver of peace and order in the galaxy fall by the waist-side as he makes Prune face hands-free. "refuse my drink offer? you bastard! no arm for you!!!"

Surprised the special Edition didn't have him firing on Obi Wan first.
Obi Wan says "this little one isn't worth the trouble, come, let me buy you a drink" to which the guy knocks Luke down and draws, making Obi Wan reach for the lightsaber under his bathrobe.
Wouldn't the Jedi way be, "My bad, Mr. Man, let's go Luke...." to avoid the whole confrontation?

Pigface man was obv lying about the death warrants. Anyone can see that he was a big puss. As for Obi kicking ass, it shows the Jedi were bad-ass. Dont F with them, something the prequels tried to show over three movies and pretty much failed. I say Luke is a much more bad-ass of Jedi in ROTJ than any of those crummy masked midgets, CGIs, and costumed freaks. Although Qui Gon was cool.
It seems like everyone is over the nitpicking. Too bad.

Actually they had Death Sentences. These were for some very sickening experimentations/murders. Also, both characters were total nut jobs.

Maybe he just wanted to show Luke the action of a lightsaber. It is beyond me what exactly was going on inside of his head, however. The world may never know.

you just see bum faces arem so that you know something went down.
they probably both died.
there was no "AAAAAGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH my arm! my arm!!!"
or "AAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGHHHHHHH my friends arm! my friends arm!"
i'm quite posative you'll find that bum face didn't think, "well i was going to fuck him up, but i see my arms off. well that's going to hurt in the morning... better leave this kid alone.
