I'm no doctor, but after a female has twins or just one child, the belly is reduced significantly. She basically lost ~ 14 - 18 lbs from her belly. In the funeral shot she looks as pregnant as ever.

Even though, yes there were countless, less dangerous, ways to get off Tattooine, Qui-gon mentions the 20k republic credits. You would think that they could of found someone (since this spaceport is crawling with pilots, smugglers, etc) on Tattooine to transport them off the planet for 20,000 of ANYTHING.

I've always said that it would take a genius to fuck up Star Wars, Lucass is this genius.

He looks ridiculous. He looks like 'Otto' from Deep Space Nine. Another one of Lucass' uneccessary OT character additions.

He resists abandoning it because he thinks it is undestructable, not because he's lived on it and been in command for 20 years.

Why have jedis be pilots? Why put them in harms way for no reason? Can the clone pilots not be directed form a great distance by the jedi?

Of course the jedi have basic piloting skills, which doesn't mean they should be flying combat spacecraft.

The jedi are just that - jedi, not combat pilots.
