I can see this lasting maybe two months until anatomy class projects start coming in late and people start getting seriously pissed off because its blocking regular websites too. It works in China because their response to complaints is generally murder, but I don't know if Australia can implement the same system.

Nice to see the Australian government has informed it's citizens it's going Hu Jintao on their asses. Come on for a supposedly free western nation this is completely outrageous! In Britain we tend to put up with a lot of shit that would have other people protesting, but if they tried to do this here there would be riots.

Seriously though, the Australian classification people need to take a long hard look at themselves before they can consider themselves as being part of 'The Free World', and the way that things have been hushed up by members of the Australian government is practically fucking Orwellian.
