First actual CD I've bought in a long time: The Living End - Modern Artillery.
I can't quite put my finger on it, but they sound different. At least a few songs seem to have the same sound to them, though.

Check out my crappy drawings!

Haven't been to this thread in awhile, but I like the Leadbelly cd puchase Heccubus. I got myself Take it From the Man by brian jonestown massacre a week or so ago.
And we want to be free to ride our machines without being hassled by the man! And we want to get loaded!

Has anyone heard of a band called Kashmir? 'Coz I bought their cd out of the big bin of 49 cent cd's (aka the cd's no one else wants), and rather like it. But I don't know anything about them - are they local to here? Local to somewhere else and the cd got carried over here? ... So if anyone knows of them, do let me know.
I am writing about Jm in my signature because apparently it's an effective method of ignoring him.
