I did really like the Drew Carey Show when I was about fifteen or sixteen, though, but I think that's just because I liked Lewis and Oswald...

I mean… c’mon on! Who didn’t laugh when Mr. Faulty was goose stepping in front of German tourists, or when Monty Python was giving its dead parrot sketch (I nearly pissed myself…) and let’s not forget Ripping Yarns! Who can forget that show!
Yes, long story short: British Comedy = Great.
Other Nationalities’ Comedies = mediocre at best.

However there have also been some good sitcoms of recent years such as:
Peter Kay's Phoenix Nights, Coupling, Greenwing, The Office, I'm Alan Partridge, Black Books and the neo classic Spaced.
And thats just a few of my favourite Sitcoms there are loads more I could go on forever! except my fingers hurt from typing now .
