Time to get out the pencil sharpeners, lads, this thread is utterly POINTLESS.

Yes, tis indeed one of those "joke" things. I make them occasionly. They're supposed to be funny.
And of course LnE isn't updated daily anymore, nobodys seen hide nore hair of Jacques/Paul in years, Yahtzee swaped sides of the planet, and I assume Chef and Laura have invested in those crazy things called "lives".

Welll, it's odd that someone beefs about this after they've had almost a month of weekly updates (after many moons of "infrequent updates week" that meant "no updates")!
I get the pencil sharpener joke now, too!
(unrelatedly, (and totally divorced from the concept of self-promotion)...Polymorph want a Cracker's updated Monday, Wednesday & Friday with Haster Linkletter, Viking Podiatrist comics--last Friday was Episode 22, & the end of Chapter 1)

Welcome, Cheto.
I think the key is that L&E has been running an "Infrequent Updates Week" feature for the past year and a half.
Perhaps it's time for us to come up with a new theme week. Perhaps "Extremely Infrequent Updates Week" would suit us.
