I’ve never heard of this guy before yesterday, but I have seen a lot of the JedI/Sith history from his site (which I just went to yesterday) on a bunch of other sites claiming to know the very same history. That’s actually pretty sick if you think about it. A spoof site is one thing - but maybe Mickey Suttle really believes this stuff.

Actually, now that I think of it - is there a more accurate history out there on the Jedi and Sith? I always found the idea pretty fascinating and I would like to see more of it in games like KOTOR and what have you. You guys are super smart - know where to track that down?

I love those hussy pics he puts up too, claiming they're his girlfriend.

I don't know where he got the Lingerie model pic from (looks like a magazine scan though, I'm guessing Victoria's Secret, or some men's magazine like GQ), but I did find out he stole all those pictures from Bullz-eye.com, a bikini model page (Lauren). Sad, really. He didn't even use different pictures of her, but simply took the ones from the free section and MS Painted over the copyright text! I'm told the pic he puts up of himself is a male pornstar, the name escapes me, but there are pics online of a "mickey suttle" (the same name of the guy who owns the domain from which is site is hosted) which most people assume is him. He works at a cabinet company as a computer person in North Carolina, according to what people have found, so it's unlikely that he spends much time at the Ranch!

The "accurate" information he got, he stole from other sites like MillenniumFalcon.net (sp?) and Hyperspace. He has some inaccurate info still posted there. Some of the stuff look to be educated guesses, but most of the stuff he flat out made up, and is not confirmed anywhere else, to this very day. Some of the early "George Lucas interviews" contained real Lucas quotes he cut and pasted from real interviews and then acted like HE was asking the questions. Obviously the stuff praising supershadow and confirming Episodes 7, 8, and 9 were fabricated by him. Later interviews and Q&A he clearly just made up. Lucas talks just like SuperShadow, coincidence?

I have a feeling he puts up the site to fool the gullible people who believe him because it strokes his ego AND he posts stuff because he hopes that people who get on the 'net to look for stuff (like spoilers) will read his site along with the many others and the info will all start to blur together in their head. They'll remember something he said, but won't remember who said it. But his info is so odd that he'll KNOW where they got it from.

For example, somebody will post on a forum (I've seen this happen too many times to count):

"So does anyone know why we never saw Palpatine with the Kyber crystal in Episode III?"

Or

"I don't remember where I read it, but I heard that the Penari lightsaber can cut through other blades. That would be cool to see in the next Jedi Knight game."

Etc.

I'm sure Mr. Suttle chuckles and pats himself on the back everytime that happens. I think he is after fame, and this is the only way he knows how to get it. Does he parody himself? Is he delusional? Nobody can agree on it. But I find it hard to believe that it was ALWAYS a joke (rather than a hoax) all 8 years he's kept up the facade, that he'd get himself banned and scoffed at by the official sites and risk legal threats from Lucasfilm, without telling a soul that it's a parody meant to make fun of fans. I find it hard to believe that he'd deliberately rip people off by "selling" them a premium section of his site that was composed of stuff he got from Hyperspace, or that he'd blot out the copyright notices on pictures of models and claim them as his girlfriend, only to have said models deny even knowing him on their own websites (as happened in at least one case).

For official information, check the Star Wars Essential Chronology (the latest version you can find) and other Lucasbooks/film liscensed products. That's the most reliable source of info. You can check StarWars.wikicities.com for articles, but bear in mind those are posted by fans and can contain errors or vandalism (erasing or flat out making up stuff and putting it up). StarWars.com databank is often out of date, but otherwise it's a nice summary of official stuff (though there's some debate over whether SW.com's databank itself has any canon standing whatsoever). Not much is really known about the Sith since Lucas basically forbade his authors from talking about it while the prequels were being made, except for some Tales of the Jedi comics, which had to be mostly retconned later anyway (after all, there's no indication that there was a Sith Empire that ruled the galaxy in the EU before the time of the prequels, and nothing about them being little red aliens either, and the history of them in the TPM novelisation basically contradicts everything about them that previously was "known").

I didnt read the novelisation of TPM - what kind of stuff does it say (I had a difficult enough time sitting through the movie).

And - if you count the EU stuff - what about the little bits of history presented in KOTOR 1 and 2? I think your right - the actual official stuff has gotten mixed up with the made up crap.

You know, Ive only had a computer for a couple of years, but I guess it hasnt all sunk in - i must be really frigging gullible - i just figured since it was on 30 different websites, the info must be at least a little accurate. God I'm such a dumbass!

I'm reading the "interview" with "George Lucas" at the site now, and it seems bogus, what really made me suspicious is the question of who built R2, the Kyber Crystals, and the like, regarding the beings who lived 2 billion years ago before events in TPM. Its like a superdemented fan who knows about all these details Lucas himself probably forgot knew he had to include them all in somehow to make it seem legit. I'd like it to be true, but it really seems like a scam.

George Lucas: When Luke threw down his light saber, he was basically telling Sidious that Luke would rather die than join the dark side.

That sounds contrived, i think fanboy forgot the Sideous/Palpatine differing sides of the coin ID issue....

The guy's a moron. He doesn't know anything about Mace Windu's Vaapad lightsaber form or why he has an amethyst colored lightsaber blade. He has no clue as to how Anakin Skywalker was born through the manipulation of midichlorians from Plagueis. He thinks Dooku posed as Master Sifo Dyas on Kamino to order the Clone Army to be built. He probably thinks Tupac Shakur is a Jewish holiday. He claims Greivous is from some other planet besides Kalee. He says Mace Windu is from some other planet besides Haruun Kal. He has made up Sith Lord names on his website... some names even Lucas would find extremely cheesy. His screenplay writing ability is horrible... talking about dark Jedi descending upon Cloud City using jetpacks. Huh? He is a fraud. Worst of all, he is a fraud that preys on hapless Star Wars fans. I guess the Trekkies must have suffered too much. The guy is either gay, or he's not... straight. The "girlfriend" pictured on his website is probably taking legal action against him for posting her pictures on his website. I wouldn't be surprised if the guy in the picture he claims is himself isn't doing the same. I asked him a few tricky questions... ones that I knew the answers to, and he did not know how to answer, so he merely rebuttled with a simple "Not possible" or "Nope, couldn't have happened like that". He's a counterfiet and I strongly suggest never visiting his website and spreading the word. Nothing spreads faster than word of mouth, so I figure the Internet oughtta be the equivalent of word of mouth in today's age. I feel sorry for younger fans that may not see through his deception to reveal him for the stalker he is. I also saw someone mention that he is wanted in connection to a mysterious chain of barnyard animal incidents involving the animals themselves and his penis. Please stay away from this phony's site and warn anyone else who may stumble upon his website.
