I think anyone who thinks that race is a reason to not allow someone to date should be beat to death with a hammer immediately. I'm sorry you're girlfriend's parents are the epitomy of ignorance, Sti-Spiffy.

BiggSpiffy, I kinda agree with Slade on this one... Think of the best thing that could happen - The parents finally come to their senses and you all live happily together - Sweet, but highly unlikely.
Think of the worst outcome - The parents maintain their pigheadedness and you and she never see each other again - Miserable, but something you can deal with.
Think of the most probable outcome - you wait for her and she finally makes up her mind and you two are together. The parents are still going to be around, and they are still going to make your lives miserable - A lifetime of bad vibes.
I don't know, it's a hard situation when race and prejudice comes into play...
