Because "Year Zero" is a limp, hollow release without much redeeming value. Even compared to "With Teeth" it isn't that good.

I've heard of the band !!! (probably from these forums), but I never would have thought it was pronounced "chk chk chk." I had guessed the name could be conveyed either by a silent look of surprise, or as "bang bang bang." hooray, punctuation!
