Does anybody remember this show? It was on about five years ago, but as far as I know, only four episodes were aired before it was taken off TV entirely because of the "controversy" it caused. I had almost forgotten about it completely, but a couple days ago I somehow stumbled across the DVD for it with all thirteen episodes (I never knew there were that many!). I bought it on an impulse and hid it so I wouldn't get yelled at for overspending, but after rewatching the four aired episodes and finally seeing the other nine for the first time, I just have to say this:
God damn, I love this show.
It's utterly brilliant! Maybe it's because I'm incapable of taking religion seriously anymore, but I don't see how people could have judged it so harshly! The characterization, the stories and dialogue...the Devil, hell, they actually make him kind of lovable...in a strange way I can't actually explain...
What do you guys think?

I haven't heard of this before, but now I wish I had. I'll try and keep an eye out for it.

Hey I remember this, it was screened over here in 2002. God was some chilled out old gezzer who mumbled about pop tarts, and satan disguised hell to look like an office.
It had lots of nice touches too, like when satan took the womans bar stool away, and god innocently kicks another one into it's place before she falls over.
EDIT : technological failure

I vaguely remember hearing about that, and now I'm interested.
