I was so worried that they may change the picture in context with the story that I elected to put a screen capture in.

This guy could not be happier that the swine flu exists. I think he may have been the one that secretly engineered the swine flu in a lab. He may have also secretly engineered all Mexican stereotypes in that same lab.

That's so totally appropriate as the summation of Mexico's reaction to anything. America cancels flights to Mexico? Time for a fatty sombrero party. World trade center destroyed in cloud of death and ash? We still have a taco, it is party time. 100 people die of swine flu? Guess what, sombraro man is not one of them, and he's going to celebrate that fact.

I think he's laughing at us and our rampant paranoia...

You wouldn't believe how many times I hear that since we are in the "end times" and all, this must be the part where plagues wipe out 1/3 of humanity, or however that part of the story goes.

I hope it's the dumb third.
