I'm sure I'll attempt to digest this later, like those snakes that eat a whole boar or something & then look like the picture of a hat from Le Petit Prince...but the first literary shockwave from this article is, for me, amazement that "Stone Cold" Jane Austen's name is spelled "Austen" rather than "Austin"!
