Has it stopped me watching FR? Heck no.
If anything, I think Yahtzee would have more respect for someone who has their opinion for their own reasons rather then someone who changes it to agree with whatever Yahtzee says.
Then again, when you hear a contrasting opinion, it's good to see where the other guy is coming from, and maybe slightly alter your thinking if you find he has a good point, but that's the same with anything in this world. Welcome to life.

I can't really form an opinion on any of the games Yahtzee's mentioned because I'm never going to play them. A lot of them just don't interest me, others I don't have the reflexes for, and the rest I just can't afford/be bothered to upgrade my PC to run them or buy the consoles they belong to.
So, mainly, I just watch Zero Punctuation for the hilarity. And also because IsecretlywanttofuckYahtzeeOHSHITISAIDTHATOUTLOUD?!

Welcome to Fully Ramblomatic, by the way.
Or the introduction place.

Welcome to life is a bit bold. Apart from that you're right. I think people who have objection to Yahtzee's opinion and hold a good argument for their objection, would have respect. Well, more then people who blindly follow like sheep or more then people who say 'I'm not a fanboy, but'.

I'm well aware of dictionaries. But a dictionary can not always put it into context. Sycophant may be put as something that makes little sense to the current conversation. Also, people have different definitions on the word so I would like to hear the different uses.
But whatever.
Also, life lesson, SNAFU.

C'mon, just admit that you're too lazy and can't be bothered to look it up. That's perfectly fine.
