I've been debating on which of these I should use for the title.

The movie is about a retard who made it big in Hollywood for being...retarded. The short will be making fun of movies that win several awards for being based on a retard.

This sounds like a good movie. what movies is it gonna be a parady of? I am sam? Radio? Forrest Gump? i cant wait to see it.

It shouldnt be Handicapped parking only, that is too long and descriptive. Up Syndrome is shorter, and has that simpleness that is at the same time very clever.

I like Handicapped Parking Only. Nice description. Up Syndrome is sort of iffy. It took me a minute to get the reference.
