I think it is a fair question, for when the movie (well whole PT) will be redone by James Cameron (wishfull thinkng) there must be some scenes worth including in PTRE (prequel triology redone edition)
Here is mine:
First few seconds of duel between OWK and DV/AS (with music of course)

I must admit I don't like the PT, however I do like some stuff like Darth Maul and the Score's.
However I cannot think of a single moment I enjoyed in ROTS.
Initial battle - too confusing
rescue of Palpy - the R2 jokes killed it for me
Anakin/Padme Romance - Forced, cheesy dialog
Ankin's Turn Plot - forced, Anakin motivations did not make any sense to me (my main problem with the PT)
General Grivious - pointless evil guy, remove it from the movie, you have the same movie (as far as plot goes)
Wookie Battle - Again Pointless (although the effects were amazing)
Order 66 - Highly trained Jedi master's are easilly killed?
Mace vs Grivious - Emperor Palpatine has a LightSabre?
Yoda vs Grivious - Can't take this seriously without understanding why Yoda run away.
Kenoby Vs Anakin - over the top unrealistic confrontation (lava, dialogs)
Padme losing the will to live - what??
Vader's costume was ready for him

I liked the Darth Maul fight scenes at the end of TPM as well. That’s probably the only part I would wanna keep. I would change the cheesy death scene though – no way Darth Maul would have just stood there and let himself be sliced in half like that. Itd have to be more believable in the remake.
Naboo was really pretty. Thats about it though.

Too many scenes to mention, but lets go with-
1. the hilarious droid voices! SO FUNNY!
2. R2's rockets! SO COOL!
3. Padme's cause of death! SO LOGICAL!

I went with my girlfriend to the cinema when ROTS came out. We especially liked the scene in which Anakin decapitated Dooku. I put my hand on my girlfriends knee and said "Isn't this romantic?" and she replied something like "It's all I've ever dreamed of..."
... our relationship didn't last very long. I blame ROTS, but still, that was a very decent scene.

After seeing the OT more times than even I know, and watching the PT more times than I wish I did in the vain hope that perhaps THIS TIME in viewing it I'd GET IT and find a DECENT movie after all, I'd have to say that after buying my ticket on the Monday after the weekend ROTS came out, after all the novels I read, toys I played with as a kid, after the 20 minutes of trailers for other crapola films coming out, the best moment for me was the first, when I saw:
Episode III
Revenge of the Sith
War!
These Star Wars films were all about a war, and I often think about how we all forget about that.......
What's so civil about intergalactic civil war anyway?

I enjoyed watching Obi-Wan cut Anakin's legs off and seeing Anakin burn !!!
Thats mean. Poor Anakin. That part was really sad.
On a side note, I asked my spousal unit how Obiwan and Anakin avoided spontaneous combustion whilst surfing the liquid hot mAgmA... to which he replied "they had some sort of Jedi power which kept them from getting to hot."
It was classic. I laughed good and long and he ended up storming off and pouting in another room.
I guess gushers dont like when you force them to confront the crap in all its steaming crappiness...

They had some sort of Hobbit power which kept them from getting too hot. And gee, have a look at Frodo and his homoerotic fellowship - they're used to warmer temperatures.
