kyber crystal?

the kyber crystal is what supposed to give palpy his "unlimited poooowwweeerrr!"
this is something lucas has been mentioning since early drafts. on www.supershadow.com it was mentioned that it would appear in ROTS as something like an onscreen easter egg that will never get mentioned but will appear, somewhere in a palpy scene. any idea if it did? cuz I'm not spending any more money on ROTS. -
was palpy using "the voice?"

I recently saw ROTS for the 2nd time. During the movie a few times Palpy would demand someone to do something with a deeper eviler tone to his voice. like when he tells Annie to kill Dooku or when he tells the people to leave that are hangin with him watching that big ol silver ball thingie. there are a few other moments that it seems like he's using force voice or whatever it is. anyone think this is what is going on? It maybe ONE cool thing in ROTS. although it is very Dune-ish I thought it was cool.
