Did Nabisco or a triscuit representative ever get back to you about the "Not for Nibblers" exclusionary marketing strategy?

Customer service places at big corporations are awesome. In one of my articles I poured Irish Cream liqueur over Lucky Charms and the special marshmellows didnt change color so I told them this and they sent me 2 coupons. I also got a free twelve pack of pepsi for calling their hotline and saying pepsi impeded my sexual functions.
