The age limit shall be 15, if anyone under the age of 15 wants to buy music, then must take a test and get a music buyers license. This will involve various tests designed to make sure they have a decent taste in music. You can't repeat the test, people that fail are to be executed on live TV too.

Make it 18+, I can't stand those emo types between 15 and 18. Everyone who wants to stay emo after he reached the age of 18 years probably doesn't deserve any better, and yeah, that includes me.

All games below a 15 rating are made illegal. Any companies found trying to use graphics as a way of getting out of making a good game... shalll have their board of directors shot one by one until they agree to spend more money on good plot and better interfaces. Any games company found not making violent enough games, shall have their entire staff tied up in a cinema, with their eyelids staped to their foreheads, and forced to watch Pearl Habor over and over again until they either kill themselves or agree to chance their ways.
