Now why do I get the feeling that this thread is going to be abused to increase the post-count...?

rant: why is 1337-sp34k preferred? it's harder to type, and if you're ranting about something, you probably don't want to be tripping up over numbers and symbols which don't usually come naturally into everyday typing. it's also harder to read, and you're obviously ranting about stuff because you want people to read it, so ranting in 1337-sp34k seems somewhat self-defeating. that is all.

Remember Emu's face, people; one day it's going to be on the news alongside a headline about blowing some landmark to smithereens, and then we can all sigh and say, "She was such a normal person".....
....We'd be lying though.

Oh to drive back literate knowledgable people?
Still someone could be knowledgable and use an encrypted form.
I am thinking of "Anti-telligent" for someone who refuses to think and "No-telligence" for someone who has no experience and knowledge to use, good thing is they can change that if they choose to.

Anyone who thinks it makes them seem cool or specially skilled to butcher the English language in such a manner is the type of person who doesn't get beaten nearly enough.

I am sorry I mistaken the way you wrote "rant:" to an explanation.

Beaten nearly enough: You mean beaten with work or physically beaten?
I am neither above but that does not make me seem "cool" or specially skilled at the English language.
I am beginning to have something against the word "cool" when it is used and associated to the "cool" culture. "It is cool to go to Mcdonalds because everbody else does and the food looks tasty."
