Hero Musician you'd do anything to see them tour

I'm thinking living musicians here. Is there anyone you'd put aside all vacation plans, on the notion they'd tour soon in your hemisphere?
Neil Finn (of New Zealand) is repackaging Crowded House to go on the road this year. I'm ecstatic about the thought of them coming to the states. in 2002 a bud and I took vacation and drove 700 miles to see Neil in Chicago (nearest venue), and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again.
Point is, it's easy to rattle off some names of acts you'd love to see. How many would you actually do almost anything to witness in concert? Have you before? How devoted to what acts are you, people?

The thing is, I don't have the money to be that devoted. However, I would be doing everything I possibly could if I found out David Bowie would be touring again, and anywhere on the Eastern half of the U.S. I'd find the money somehow...
I'd also REALLY love to see Blue Man Group, and they are coming to my town in a couple months, and I am working as hard as possible to see them even though I will have to miss a class that only meets once a week (therefore missing the class will bump me down 5 points on my final grade), and it costs a buttload of money. But if it were somewhere other than my town (which is only an hour away from my college campus), I probably wouldn't try so hard.

I am writing about Jm in my signature because apparently it's an effective method of ignoring him.

I heard about Crowded House reuniting. They're playing Coachella this year as well.
I think I'd up and drop everything in a second to go see The Locust, Lightning Bolt, Melt-Banana, The Punk Group, or SunnO))). Also, if such a thing were possible, a Refused reunion would make everything else in my life seem insignificant. Oh, and I'd love to see Wolf Eyes again sometime.

Well, I'm not flying to LA for that gig- 'fraid I'm not THAT committed. Hopefully I can follow the boys to a couple of shows when they actually tour.
MINIs on the Dragon is a huge event for car enthusiasts. I went last year and it was great- But I'm putting off All events for the CH option in '07.

Pavement, the Boredoms, Naked City, Massacre (or anything Fred Frith-related), My Bloody Valentine, any perfomance of the works of Glenn Branca, the Flaming lips, Refused, Wire, Soundgarden, Wolf Eyes, the Fiery Furnaces, Nihilist Spasm Band, the Swans, Melt-banana, and of course Sonic Youth

Ohh, Daft Punk sounds lovely. I'd totally go to one of their concerts. Like, totally!
And: Snow Patrol. God, what I'd give to see them...
