I second what David-Kyo said, and add this-
Yahtzee would have used more detail with the Chzo thing. I mean, think about it. We've got two examples of what Chzo looks like: his eyeball from TN, and the latest screenshot on the main page. There's a lot of detail there. With this fake screenshot, it looks like someone used MS Paint to make a blob shape, fill it in with crap color, draw a stupid eye and fangs on it, then use Photoshop filters. If it were Yahtzee's, he would've some added texture and shadows, anyway.

Also, why would the Mephistopheles be there? I mean, it's implied that 'John' gets taken to jail (or something like that). Why would he still be on the ship?

Yes, you're right. I thought for a minute that the hurry made Yahtzee's drawings look like that.

The image is hosted by some Dylan Gallagher. I think I've seen this name before, I just don't remember where.

The fact that it's fake was supposed to be obvious as soon as you saw the image, you buncha sillies.
