Sorry to get back on topic (wink.gif) but what is happening to the internet? I remember a day when Spinwave was free! In fact it was my only means of compressing graphics for the web.

All I can say, sinister, is that there's got to be a site out there that compresses graphics for free. If not there's got to be something you can download that will (check cnet.com).

Actually I just checked. Try this:

http://download.com....tml?tag=lst-0-1

I've never used it but it should do what you want it to do.

Also make sure your avatar's dimensions are correct (maximum 64x64).

My avatar's changed a few times, so I'll chime in.

first it was a (despondent) pic of yoda, with eyes rolling in disgust.

then "they're mad I tell you" (emotes feeling in the SW forum) came from the Marvel Star wars comic book, when imperial lackey reacted to the outburst in Leia's prison area

currently it's my pup, Louis (silent "s") who's generally despondent when not being petted or fed. he has NOT been subjected to any prequel films (animal abuse) for I dare not rent them.

(hmmm. rent one, $4.00. buy previewed, $6.00. but I could rent one for $4. still I could buy one for only two dollars more... ) I could go to my library but I have to pay my fines which are 5 times that!

tail waggin' wishes to the robot.

We saved Louis from bad neighbor and can't imagine life without him. (had him 15 months now. been feeding for 22...) we appreciate the compliment. Louis sends licks your way!

he's fine now. except for a few things. now when we give him a bath, instead of shaking all the water out of his fur, he just lets it drip on the tile.
