Just curious if anyone uses Voip as their primary home line?
If so which? Vonage, skype, comcast, and there are many others offering such a service.
I use vonage, I'm glad I switched and will never go back. In fact, I'm probably going to setup an asterisk server at my house to enable some nice call managment typically only seen in corporations.
Generally though just curious if anyone uses voip and if they are happy with it or if you don't are you considering it and if not why?

I have Skype but setting up my own voice server is what I want to do with realtime music broadcasting. I heard of Ventrilo years ago but someone told me that their free version then limited them access to change any setting in the ini file after a certain amount of days. Also for the amount of things I would like to do my bandwidth lets me down.

I had Vonage for a while but at some point (not sure why) it just stopped working properly. The first six months though seemed to work okay.
Tech support was never able to help me fix the problem.
Now I don't have a home line, just cell phone.
