Just let him try by jove, what's the worst that could happen?
Y-man takes out a restraining order against him and he's banned from breathing air from the y-man that hasn't gone through at least 27 other people?
Err... you know that m0ds is the guy who did the music for a bunch of yahtzee's games, right?
Anyways, I agree that he'll probably not wanna go given his semi-severed ties to the AGS community, but maybe try bugging the Game Damage twitter account, and maybe it'll get to him that way? -

Plus, as he has to go back to england to pilfer the abandoned holidays to get the company off his back, and, even in the nineties, I think he might have had a bit of a time smuggling a tricked out weapon umbrella through customs at the airport. But what do I know. I suppose he had enough to charter his own plane.
Oh, I know. The sewer in the last level makes it short out, and he didn't get it fixed to go slumming in abandoned houses. But the grappling hook is mechanical, so still works.
Hooray for justification. -

I have encountered a slight hiccup in my progress. I have an animation ready for my object, but can see no way of applying the VIEW to the object in question. Anyone got a suggestion?
I think you might need to make it a character, and make the static one disappear(if the static image is on the screen at all), and then run make the character do it's animation once, then make the item reappear, or possibly a new item.
Or, to fake animation, you can just make a series of different objects appear in the same place, obscuring the original view with the new one.
I'm not sure if these ways are helpful, or just goofy hacks, or the actual correct way to implement animation in AGS, but that's how I've done it. -

I think you get reputation if you do things that you didn't do before. I know improving your individual ranks seems to give more RP, and I think picking doors and safes, and picking up new treasures adds to RP and ones that you did on a previous run doesn't add to it. I'm a little iffy on the bonus RP from ranks, still, though. -

Hey yahtzee, I was actually trying to get my friend to play earlier this last month, and noticed that the link to the underdogs doesn't work anymore, due to the change from .org to .info awhile back. Also, when my friend tried downloading it from there it was deadly slow. The mirror seems speedy, but if with the boosted traffic from the frontpage, who knows if it'll last.
