skitHOUSE was an Australian skit comedy show, which is the orrigion of the clip you posted. It was produced by Roving Enterprises, but don't hold that against them (Rove McManus is a dick. He is not funny. He should not be on TV). The show had a lot of really good sketches. Sure, it also had a lot of crap that ran too long (such as the ticket lady and the beer guy), most of the sketches were quite funny.

I remember seeing the reverse of that show whilst in Japan, where they would find foreign people and then ask them to say it in "Japanese Please".

The only thing that I remember from it was a Frenchman saying 'Ashi' instead of 'Hashie', which changed the sentence from "I eat sushi with chopsticks" to "I eat sushi with my feet".

i think this guy thought he was trying to be funny. but he isnt. tmnt for nes was a subpar game when it was released back in its hey-day. all i can really remember was the gimmick used by christian slater in the "wizard", to try to promote it.

watching this clown in this you-tube video review a game, thats about 17 years old, like this, makes you wonder if he has a life or a girlfriend.

Peter Brady was by far the ugliest Brady kid on the "Brady Bunch". I mean, they were all pretty ugly, and the fact that the Brady dad wanted to always take the boys out on overnight camping trips just a tad bit too often, gave me the creeps.
