I know some that are they. Schools, early college and Uniforms in my place:
Do as you're told and speak when asked.
Schedules always have to be the same.
Lining up to the door for 5 minutes.
Uniforms and tie.
Work is so structured but doesn't consider that not everybody works at the same speed or knows the same stuff.
They care more about decoration of things than the actual teaching.
Hence pretty and trendy.
If you don't look pretty we'll throw you out!
All pointless things I can't understand because they never helped me to what was important neither did the people who enforced them couldn't care less about explaining apart from following the Jones so I'd say that the list above IS OCD. The most hypocrisy is that they go round calling some students OCD on the said value when they do exactly the same.
Now do you see why the term shouldn't be used on people?

"Me and Matt went to the shops". Everytime somebody says something like that, I instantly cut in with "Matt and I went to the shops". I'm on a gramatical crusade!

I understand the reasons for it's inception, I just don't like it. It's generality lacks the persnal feel of singular threads. So please people, don't feel bad if I don't post in it.
Edit: I'm also trying to re-enact this scene whenever it rears it's head:

Pet peeve: People who mispronounce words. Nuclear has two syllables, damn it! It's not noo-ku-ler. It's nü-clear. And I want to stab people in the face every time I hear someone say "hamburg", referring to the beef patty. IT'S A FUCKING HAMBURGER, NOT A CITY IN GERMANY, YOU IDIOTS! PRONOUNCE THE THIRD SYLLABLE SO YOU DON'T SOUND AS DUMB AS A POST.
That is all.
