You guys haven't seen the film (or the play) Amadeus? Mozart does some weird shit there, most of which had actually happened.

Agreed, if he had Tourette's even he could have changed the title after he 'Tourette'd' on down to paper.

I'm sure hearing the lyrics and music would let the title make more sense in this case. It would lend an interpretation.
