Eh? Just watched it today, how convenient.
Well, I can sorta understand why they changed Dr Doom's back story. If they put the comic version into movie mood, it would take a good 30 minutes just to get him done. That and it would bump it up to an R for having to mention hell and magical tibetian monks. I still say he should have just have the electricity ability and no metal hands, he should have had a peice of armor like the comic books... and an accent.
Also, I totaly agree with what Brian says here, it's like Johnny wrote the damned script himself.
Other than those two things, I loved it.
The one montage where all the family is doing some normal family stuff is spot on what the comic books were about. I feel great that they kept with the 'dysfunctional family with superpowahs' theme.
