Annoyed at the volume of the music playing in my neighborhood. I won't be watching any TV tonight I suppose, since I can't hear it.

When people do that I get frustrated easily. The problem is when I do complain to some of them they go into a temper which includes violently threatening and working class behaviour by swearing in a know it all aggressive tone.
No matter how much I turn up a volume I can still hear the bass frequency even with my headphones on with the doors and windows shut.
Boom! boom! boom! boomp! boom! boom! boomp!
The only way for me to flood out the noise is to turn something on that produces the same frequency but not by volume of the total noise.
