I would have to pick Dinner for Shmucks as my comedy, Red as my action, and ... I didn't really have a horror.
For 2011, not really a prediction, but The Green Hornet was not bad, despite the fact that Seth Rogen has funny teeth and is a potato.
Anyone?

As for ones from the past year, I think both The Last Airbender and Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole. I enjoyed them both, but especially the Guardians.
I'm sure I've seen others, but this is all I've got off the top of my head.
Also Dorothy, haven't seen you in forever. How've you been?

Kurgan X showed me this web comic done with Legos. It pokes fun at all six Star Wars films and I found it to be extremely entertaining.

Man, only one post into the topic and you're already trolling.
I rather liked that animated Rapunzel movie (think it's called Tangled in English), it's been one of the few "new" films I've seen due to my girlfriend dragging me along.

Heh heh, well, I did find it enjoyable enough. It might have to do with that I've only seen a smattering of episodes from the series.
ooh, also saw How to Train Your Dragon. It was cute and enjoyable.

On the whole, like a fruit punch bowl.
It makes no sense but I couldn't think of anything that ryhmed.
On a scale of good to bad on how things have been, I would put me somewhere close to the middle.
So, what kind of changes?

Movies I enjoyed this year: Black Swan (so shoot me for jumping on the bandwagon), Despicable Me... I really didn't have time for watching too many movies though.

How to Train Your Dragon, Inception, Avatar
I also really enjoyed The Town even though it was basically
an updated/combined version of Point Break and Set It Off
Megamind was predictable but quite hilarious
Best waste of time/ Mindless Fun: The Expendables
Biggest surprise: The Social Network
Best Sequel: Toy Story 3

Easy A. Anyone else seen it? This one actually did look remotely interesting to me, don't know why. I guess I am a sucker for classic teen-movies and their usual cast that's always somewhere around their late twenties (I keep wondering whether they're trying to make a statement against the US educational system). Over all - Emma Stone's been pretty good in my opinion, the dialogues were fast paced, cynical and intelligent (or, alternatively, filled with pop-culture references, which is even better) and...
... oh who am I kidding? I just loved it because it was filmed exclusively in Ojai, California. Been there, enjoyed the weather and everything else. Came back to Germany and I'm just getting more and more depressed with the narrow-mindededness and the cold and grey weather here. I wanna go back...

Also, Scott Pilgrim came out on DVD in 2010, which made me happy.
And yeah, Last Airbender would be the obvious pick for the Razzy award.
2011? Hary Potter! Fuck and yes! Also, Captain America is looking like fun, and I wonder when the new Kick-Ass is coming out?

Scott Pilgrim vs. The World. Go on, say it, I don't care. I love that movie.

I can't remember if Thor is out yet or not, but after having seen the previews, my gut says no. I just don't think its going to be enjoyable.
I just saw HP and the Deathly Hallows P1, and I'm looking forward to seeing the second. I haven't actually read the final book yet, so I couldn't complain much while I was watching it or anything like that.
I also saw Despicable Me, Megamind, and Toy Story 3. I enjoyed all of them. The first two were a bit predictable, but were quite hilarious anyways so I didn't much care (I looooved the little hench dudes in Despicable). I like how they had TS3 end things. It was a good film, and they don't need to keep on making more of them just to try and wring more money out of the same stuff.
I'm looking forward to watching Tangled, because I keep hearing good things about it. A friend of mine has it, so I should see it soon.

I saw Toy Story back in... when was it? 1995? Never felt the urge to see its sequels - I hated that movie. Graphics sucked, characters sucked, story sucked.
But Tangled's really good, in my opinion. Could be funnier still, but nyeh, not worth complaining about. I've watched it thrice now and that bloody scene where the king's getting ready to light another lamp for his lost daughter still gets me... well, mainly because at that point my girlfriend's usually already bawling her eyes out.
About Thor... I dunno, I've only seen one or three pictures so far, but they looked good. I'm actually looking forward to it, I think someone mentioned that it's following in the footsteps of Iron Man and its sequel (which I haven't watched yet). If so - rock on.
