I'm a little surprised, but I guess I shouldn't be. Looking back on it, they never really had a sound business model. I'm no industry expert but here's a tip for anyone interested: Developing is important, but it helps to sell products at some point.

I like how Take Two is suing 3D Realms now for thirteen years of nothing. Honestly though, if somebody tells me that he'll deliver something 'when it's done' for a few years and all I'll have to do is be patient and keep paying... well, I guess I'd have had it coming.

In all fair pessimism so was Alien -v- Predator...
I"ve been playing Duke since the ancient days back when it looked like an IT crowd DVD menu. So I"m turning blue in the face still holding out for this. SOmeone must complete the work.
