That Helmet CD is amazing. I think I've got a burned copy of it somewhere.

These aren't CDs, but they're music-related, and fun, so here goes:
  • A Led Zeppelin Poster that says "Rock And Roll" with a picture of the band.
  • A Gorillaz poster (basically just a huge version of the album cover)
  • A small Kurt Cobain poster (it's the photo from the cover of Kurt & Courtney, only in black and white).

Air - TAlkie Walkie

Pretty cool stuff, although not their best overall..
On the plus side I think I found a song that is perfect for being the soundtrack for a short I am gonna do someday soon.

Keep it Unreal by mr scruff

Not bad. The first few songs are repetetive, but not bad at all. The last song, "fish", was very insightful.

Crowded House, self titled album.

great of course, the one I didn't have on cd. decent price too, but the kicker was the extra song "can't carry on," which I'd never heard before. (didn't notice till 3 notes in as it played. gotta love pleasant surprises) I also have the vinyl album, cover signed by Mr. Neil Finn.

Finn Brothers (again, self titled)

Had the tape, which was tired and lost. Now I've fresh finn music on the mac at work. Great tracks, especially "Angel's Heap." Hopefully the boys will tour somewhere in Southern US this year. this was an import, and a bargain at $7.99

(while at the record store I) also picked up the DVD of Waiting for Guffman. It includes 2 or 3 production numbers (from "red, white and blaine") not seen in the film.

I seem to have the most Varied idea of "what's Good"

I just picked up...

Kanye West's "College Dropout"(He's a Rapper. It's a good album, too many skits though. 4/5)

The Cheiftans "Long Black Veil"(Bad ass Irish Music.)

The Best of Alabama(SOOONNNNG, SONG OF THE SOUTH!)

Tournaquet(Christian Speed Metal. Go Figure. The first song is the coolest thing in the world. The rest of it isn't that good. 2/5)
Booze-fueled paragon of pointless cruelty and wanton sadism.

It's not a god damned contest.

I keep my Beastie Boys CDs between by Aphex Twin CDs and my Black Sabbath CDs. I think most people here listen to a large variety of music.

I never said it was a "god damned" contest.

I just noticed I was the only one here who listened to rap music, it seems.
