I wouldn't say "ever", but Enter the Matrix was definitely one big fuckup back in the days.

I also did not have a high opinion of Halo: Combat Evolved's port for the PC and its overall feel, but that's just me fishing for some bad memories here... ah, what about the Myst series? Damn those stale pictures with stupid riddles that gave you little to no clue as to how to solve them.

It's obviously Big Rigs: Over The Road Racing. But I've heard World of Warcraft is pretty bad too.

I don't necessarily think it's the worst game ever, but Final Fantasy X-2 is a crime against nature. I had to turn the game off after 20 minutes due to embarassment.

Chuck Rock for the SNES is also a piece of crap.

Need For Speed: ProStreet for me.
It is buggy, it crashes and the graphics are horrible. Shame as I have always liked the NFS games series.

That's my all time worst game.

KOTOR 2 is the most upsetting sequel in history. Story was rushed, game engine was rushed, the entire game felt 60% complete.
