Pot meets kettle in the middle of the street.
Pot to kettle: "Hey! You're completely fucking black!"
As regards to editing it, this is the first time I've ever been on one of these here forum thangs in my life. I therefore have no idea how to do this. If someone could lift the unfortunate curse of ignorance from me, I would be very grateful.

I made that image tonight especially for you. This will not be the last time I use it.
There should be an edit button right under each post you make.

Unless of course you or Rhubarb edit it for him.

And nope, there doesn't seem to be an edit button under that post. There is under some of them, but not that one. Personally I blame my computer. It is, without a shadow of a doubt, a complete and utter bastard.

I actually thought 'Jingo' was quite boring. Sam Vimes is my favourite character but I still found the book rather dull. It contains the usual Pratchett humour and imagination, but the whole story builds up to a bit of an anti-climax at the end. I did find 'Going Postal', 'Nightwatch' and 'The Truth' brilliant reads though - especially 'Nightwatch', for the inclusion of the well known Watch characters. But, like I said, I can't argue with your take on the books. I'll have to get hold of copies of the older ones.

I've gotta say I have an issue with this. If members editing their posts nefariously is such a common problem that steps needed to be taken, I'd say the problem is more that they are wankers, rather than with the edit function. I can't edit posts unless I log into YZ's account, but I'm strongly against any sort of post edit/deletion on the part of moderators...
edit: I officially refute my last statement.

That's your answer to everything, Brick.
Anyhoo, Pratchett be fine and dandy, although there are plenty of other alternatives if you're into his brand of anarchic humour. I picked up Robert Rankin's 'The Book of Ultimate Truths' the other day off the offchance, and I found it absolutly hilarious.
'He is Cornelius Murphy, and he is the stuff of epics.'
Genius. A breath of fresh air, to be truthful. I have now made it my goal to use the phrase 'stout stick' at least once a day in coversation.

I forgot to mention Thief of Time. That one's awesome. Monstrous Regiment, I agree, was a bit poor.
