It seems there was some weird problem with the gallery where some user groups (including my own) were not allowed to post images. I think I have fixed the problem (thanks to Chyld for alerting me to it specifically) so you should now be allowed to upload images to the 2007 photo album.

I believe he/she/it means Ben "Yahtzee" Croshaw, author of Zero Punctuation, occasional writer of Fully Ramblomatic, information discovered by doing a Google search on "half life 2 comic jill cathy". But given the the colossal randomness of asking a question like this right here, I don't think he/she/it will really come back to see the answer.
