3. "No. I am your father." (Empire Strikes Back) Ok, it depends more on revelation than actually being a great line, but its still punchy, and one of the best revelations, well, ever. It comes in just ahead in Star Wars of "So be it. Jedi."
2. "Mr. Demille, I'm ready for my closeup." (Sunset Blvd.) I actually just watched Sunset Blvd. the other day, I couldn't believe how much I liked it, and this is a great line. It's so freaky and she says that and it closes slowly on her, and she is intently gazing at the camera mesmerized by it. It's a great line and a great moment.
1. "Roads? Where we're going, we don't need roads." (Back to the Future) This is just such a cool line. I can't even explain it. It just makes you say, now that's cool!

2. "Do you expect me to talk? "No, Mr Bond I expect you to DIE!!" [Auric Goldfinger in Goldfinger}
3. "My God! It's full of stars!" {???? in 2010: The Year We Make Contact}
4. "Ever dance with the devil in the pale moonlight?" {The Joker in Batman"
5. "Luke, I am your father. {Darth Vader in ESB}
6. "They're HEAAAAAAARRRRRRRR!! (Poltergeist}
My mind is blank. I wil think up more soon.

Actually, "Luke, I am your father" is said by every person who gets the line wrong. Here's the exchange
DV: Obi-Wan never told you what happened to your father.
L: He told me enough! He told me you killed him.
DV: No. I am your father!
Never says Luke. I'm disappointed in you Mike. But actually it's the same with Sunset Blvd. Everyone thinks it's, "I'm ready for my closeup, Mr. Demille" but it's actually "Mr. Demille. I'm ready for my closeup". And she may or may not say now, I don't think she does I can't remember. But I remember I was surprised that everyone gets that line wrong too.

"Mrs Robinson, you're trying to seduce me."
"I wrote a hit play and directed it. So I'm not sweating it either."
"The way I see it, everyone takes a beating now and then."
"A boy's best friend is his mother"
"They're not gonna catch us. We're on a mission from God."
"You wanna talk to a writer? Throw a rock in here, you'll hit one. And do me a favor, Barton. Throw it hard."
"You're God's answer to Job."
"We all got it coming, kid."
"... we need the eggs."
"Television is gonna get us."

Yoda's last words.
I think Pachino schooling his protege in Donnie Brasco (and just his general acting in that movie) was really great.
I also liked Peschi's lines in Goodfellas
Pretty much every time Agent Smith said "Mr. Anderson"
There was a really cool moment in the crow where the girl's mother decided to stop being a heroin junkie and started cooking breakfast. The lines from that scene were pretty good along with the acting.
"So they're fishboots" from suicide kings. I loved that scene.
A ton of lines from Pulp fiction should be included in my list.
"Why won't you die!" I think it was one of the villains in batman
"Where does he get those wondeful toys" Joker in batman one
I really enjoyed some of the lines from Shrek as well.
"Why is it that you tell people you're Medatron and they stare at you blankly but you mention something from a Charlton Heston movie and everyone's a theology scholar? May I continue" The fellow who played Medatron in Dogma was grand
And of course this brings up both Harrison Ford and Kevin Smith's "No ticket"

Or Dignan's line: "They're not gonna catch me. Cuz i'm fuckin' innocent.'"
Also from Bottle Rocket:
Dignan: "What's that noise?"
Anthony: "It's the fire alarm!"
Dignan: "Who set off the fire alarm!?"
Anthony: "It's cuz of all the fuckin' smoke!"
Anything Kumar says or does in that movie is gold.
"Who that man?"
what else do i like...
"You should be dating guys your own age! Little Billy... Biff... Scooter... Tommy"
"If you're gonna spew... spew into this."
" I'm sorry Dave. I can't do that"
"Game over, man! Game over!!"
"You lucky lucky bastard"
"Well it's one louder, isn't it?"
that's all that come to mind without thinking too hard.

That would be Alan Rickman.
I know its not from a movie, but just about any line spoken by Jon Irenicus in Baldur's Gate 2: Shadows of Amn. The voice actor did a brilliant job.
JM's official press secretary, scientific advisor, diplomat and apparent antagonist?

No, but he says "Elementary" in just one story. I will dig it up which one for you tomorrow, It may or may not be " the Hound of Baskervilles"
And I cannot believe nobody came up with this:
Leia : I love you
Han : I know.
