A quick Google search shows that Gunnar Harboe is some guy who reviewed Trilby's Notes on www.adventuregamers.com.
But of course, PC Gamer could never be wrong, so I'm just going to assume that Yahtzee's real name is Gunnar Harboe and he enjoys reviewing his own games on random websites to make play them.
