Yes, it really does have a different feeling. For the better, mind you. It's comparable to watching the Wizard of Oz after not having seen it for years... it has that feeling everytime you watch it, no matter how many times in a row. That's the best way I could describe it. Just... classic.

It does, Lord Melkor... it's impossible to describe. Sigh. Yeah, it's why we oldsters get all uptight over the PT. It just can't be duplicated. All I can say is I wish everybody would get that feeling. I wish I could've gotten that feeling with these prequels.
Oh well... life marches on.. and I have my laserdisc DVD copies...

Which version did you get? I am wanting the Row47 Special Version.
