Anyone seen "A Film with Me in it"?

Took ages to track down any info on it at all and i only came across a copy by luck, but it was an amazing dark comedy.
For anyone who has no idea - it's a film in which this guy lives in a really run down flat with his girlfriend and wheelchair bound brother. A series of accidents cause multiple deaths of the other occupants of the flat and several strangers. No one will believe the deaths were accidental so the guy tries to cover them up with his friend Pearce (Moran).
Is there anything out there as good as or better than this?
