So like, omg, the 3rd series of Black Books is being aired here again. Maybe the ABC will even show it all the way through this time, who knows. If you missed the first ep, you missed out on Simon Pegg. Not that you'll mind, because you probably know of a hundred torrent sites to download it from, assuming you haven't already, and assuming you haven't already bought yourself the fancy schmancy DVD. You goddamn nerds. Curse you and your disposable income and your more-than-6-gig hard drives.

Fortunatly I caught it this time. I didn't know ABC already showed it though. I thought it odd that the DVD was at the ABC shop, but it hadn't been on TV yet.
And I didn't recognize Simon Pegg until the very end when he went nuts. Just didn't look like Shaun when he's neat and tidy. Same as how it took me to recognise Dylan in Shaun of the Dead because he wasn't dishevelled.

Dylan
Yeah, they showed it a while back, but it was on at some stupid time, and they only showed about four or so before unexpectedly pulling the plug. It was like... "Oh, you don't want to see this, do you? You do? Are you sure? Okay, okay, here... *puts it on at a stupid timeslot which no one notices* Oh, no one's watching, I guess you didn't want to see it after all. YOINK."

We've got the full whacking lot of episodes on DVD somewhere in our house next year. Quality stuff. I ought to actually watch the lot at some point. Just to make everyone jealous, you know.

Well, from memory, Fran and the 'hello sun' girl were both in Shaun of the Dead, and the girlfriend(or girlfriends friend) from Shaun was in Black Books last week.

I realised I made a mistake there. It wasn't the girlfriend from Shaun that was in Black Books, it was the receptionist from The Office. But they did have the mother from Shaun in Dr Who.
