I'm not sure about the whole 'femur shooting out of elbow' thing. It may be hard to do, as the femur is in your leg. Unless that was the point?

Yes, I think yahtzee meant either the ulna or the radius bones, which are found in the forearm. When I read that comment, I was thinking “Femur coming out of her elbows!?” so… yeah…
I bet your bottoms that yahtzee’s gonna post here and say something along the lines of
