Orator- Your citrus check is a really good roll. You have some tasty fruits with you and they wont spoil. Not just grapefruits for this admiral, no sir. Anyhow your men get the Scourge of the Manatee under way and before long you're sailing North towards central Cuba. Next turn you'll be within range to join the battle, but for now all you can see are a few distant flashes which suddenly stop after a while. You may not have arrived on time, it seems.
Bond- (are you trying to get yourself horribly murdered? just curious.)
The Spaniards, being led by the most wily Jesuit, dont fall for your ruse. When you go limp they grab your wrists and these are the first things tied. It's only when they have you quite securely trussed up that they raise you to your feet and the Jesuit approaches and speaks. Since you insist on trying to piss them off to the point that they kill you, I made a grapple check. You struggle a lot and one of the guards whacks you on the back of the head with something as the priestly fellow says:
"Welcome to Santo Ernesto, heretic... You will find purification here... You should rejoice that the merciful church will hold you once more to her bosom."
It's all very flowery and nice, but you have a sneaking suspicion that this purification is going to hurt. A lot.
Spoon- Wow. Your men are really enthused with you right now. You've proven yourself to them, girl pirate or no, and they've complete faith in your plan. They're going to get a bonus on all their rolls this turn.
The boarders start to come up one by one and your men can just barely hold them back, it's a fairly even fight, but it serves its purpose: the pitched battle means few notice the small boat slipping back to the beached vessel you're fighting.
When your men see the 2 climbing about the enemy's forward deck, they let out a cheer and charge forward, sending many of the boarders over the sides just as they were gaining a foot hold. Your swivel gun is also put to good use and all in all you kill about ten of their men compared to just one of yours dying.
Your boarding party isnt faring as well. There are a few men left on the enemy's ship and they've chased the men you sent up into the rigging. They're only hope is if your crew boards. Luckily for you you can do just that now that most of the attacking pirates have gone back to their lifeboats.
Ninja Duck- You find a pretty good hammer and, since you rolled incredibly on your nail check, you find nails that were used in the construction of an old church and have been recycled and resold. They look like they're a dark silver but they're still sharp and useable. Captain Chaves sees you and waves- Aye laddy, lets be gettin back to my ship, I'm feelin a good wind!

Erm... when will TheOrator come and save me?
All right... well, I spit on the priestly fellow, then shout, "Church be damned; ye'll not be thievin' me soul!"

Yar har har har.
((I take everything of value and even remote use. We shoot everyone in the water we can see. I'll try to capture someone (pref. captain - go on, do a roll - I at least want his sword) But at the very least I want to questions someone about any hidden valuables before i sink the ship (which I will do), Needless to say I offer them their lives for their co-operation. ANd further more ask them where other ships may be and will keep them as prisoners to make sure they're not lying.))
I'll yell out to them: "Give yarselves up if ye wants to live or suffer a fate worse than a thousand deaths... And believe me I can deliver!"

Anyhow let me roll to see what he does to you for that... Ok, he makes an average cruelty check so you escape some serious Quentin Tarantino shit and he's just going to draw a crossbow and a disadvantageous place. He speaks in fluent English.
"I'd reconsider such actions next time if I were you. The General of our order is on his way and he may wish to speak with you... But men can speak with many parts missing, and if your voice is a bit high pitched it will be all the more comical. TAKE HIM TO THE PITS!"
So the guards are going to drag you off to some dank hole and toss you in it. At the time of the tossing you're in the dungeons and only two guards are on you, but you're still tied up. The pit is about twelve feet deep with slick muddy walls and there are some bones and rags under you. You can guess it's the last occupant although it's too dim to see much.
However, just because I've been horrible enough to you, you do find a fairly well preserved scrap of cloth when your fall cracks open the ribs. It's not cloth at all really, but leather.
As for your OOC question, if you try to hurry him up again I'm going to see if I can't have a hurricane come up and blow him onto Gilligans Isle. His arrival depends on his rolls and his decision making, so theres no guarantee you'll be rescued at all, but you might be getting some company.
Barend-
You take a great many valuables, though as I said there's about as much silver as gold. Your men find the captain easily. He's crawling about with one leg missing bleeding quite profusely. When you ask his name he just tells you "I'm a sailor Peg, and I lost my leg, climbing up the top sails I lost my leg" and then you ask where he's headed to he'll tell you he's shipping up to Boston, which is unlikely since he's Spanish.
The crew quickly surrender, but the captain swears up and down he doesnt know anything about where more wealth might be. You can try to interrogate him further if you want. The crew are terribly afraid of you, and the first lieutenant looks a bit fidgety as he peers between you and the captain.

Leather? Aha! Could it be-- a map to old Barebones himself?

Also, I assume I'm still sailing? Let me know when something interesting happens. I'm only posting this in case you were waiting for me to post.

Sime- Ok, now youre sailing into port and the Jesuit hideout of Santo Ernesto. Theres an English privateer vessel being taken over and her crew are all being chained together and whipped. A Jesuit brother with a bit of spit on his robes come over to explain (you now know all that's happened previously in the battle). He says they're playing with the captain of the vessel in the dungeons, but waited for you before dismembering him.
Slade- Admiral Isaac Roughknuckles. and you guys pretty much finish your talk and lets do a roll to see if the four ships get to Martinique. Nope.
Slade and Otal- On the way you encounter yet another ghost ship. Otal would know these well, but Slade and his crew would surely be creeped out. You guys can choose to board and investigate or to fire on it or to sail away. Slade's crew is very, very much in favor of sailing away.
Spoon- YAR! That be no acceptable pirate scuse. Tell me when ya're spewin rum out both ends cuz ya drank three bottles at a sittin, and yar legs been blown off by grapeshot. Then we'll be talkin. Till then, man the crows nest ye lilly livered rapscallion!

I pop me shoulder with an agonizing squelch, writhe my arms forward and back until they're facing front, then grab hold of the rope.
Whether it holds me or not is up to you, I'm afraid.

There might be treasure aboard, but that's not even what I'm after. I'm thinkin' we might get some idea of how this Barebones fella operates, ye see. Ye may have lilly livers, but it's better that we all get over our fears now before we run into the curr 'imself and we're shakin' in our boots over some ghost story instead of sendin' 'im back to the depths where he belongs! An' this hear fine cap'n Roughknuckles poked about and came out fine, so there's naught ta worry about. Now who's with me?"

((I have the captained gaged and tied to the mast))
THen like I always say; a good captain goes down with the ship, yar har har har.
((I take his sword as a memento))
((I point to the lieutenant)) You lad ((I don't care how old he is, everyone's a 'lad' compared to a walking skeleton)) Come ere.
A good lieutenant need not plunge the depths of forever with his captain and ship, but if he doesn't tell me what I needs to know his flesh'll be torn from his bones, and his heart cooked in pot of his own boiling fat!
What was yar mission?! Why are ye here? And where be the nearest ships of valuable cargo that ye know of.
I'll be keepin ye all as prisoners so DOn't be thinkin of barin' false witness or thar'll be grave consequences.
