Remember Emu's face, people; one day it's going to be on the news alongside a headline about blowing some landmark to smithereens, and then we can all sigh and say, "She was such a normal person".....

They say trick or treat. So either I can give them a treat or show them a trick.
I would like to show them a trick instead and that would involve splashing the rude ones with hot chocolate. I mean if they ask for chocolate no problem I'll give it to them, so they can't complain that I didn't give it to them.
Wow Dee, thats definitely worth an egging. What a douche.

Last night there was only one group that kept on ringing the doorbell but that's okay if they ever get ringing in their ears.
It was soooooooo cold in here as I woke up. Now after running the bath with the oil radiator on for nearly half of an hour it is slightly mild. My other concern is on the electric bills. I think I'll have to contribute a chunk of my balance as I have been using the oil radiator a lot recently.

DS: If people are ringing your doorbell to be mean and not to just try to get ahold of you, maybe you can disconnect it? And if you're cold, wear lots of layers and blankets.

I feel uncomfortable wearing another shirt ontop. For blankets I did try that but it is not very effective when I can see my own breath in the cold. With a good amount of time of retaining warmth when I need to get up it felt like a shock.
The battery charger has another fault!
One that I didn't see before trying to charge C or D cell batteries in the 4 last slots. I just get error. Now I'll have to phone those people up and arrange a pickup date... So disappointed...

it's *so* not worth the few seconds less it takes to microwave water rather than boil it.
complaint: the fire inspectors are being obnoxious this year. they are taking away our shiny fire hazards.

I know, but I'm trying to conserve my propane. The 2 minutes it would take to boil the water probably doesn’t make a difference, but I'm paranoid.
