I've never smoked anything, not even cigarettes, and I know a few people(who aren't insane religious types)who're the same. There's not many of us, but we're around.

So if I ever try it again in the future, I think I'll go the brownie route...or...something. Smoke it, eat it, what else do you do with it?
Complaint: I'm way out of practice drawing Jane (the character/Muse), and nothing I draw is turning out right.

PRT: Am I the only one who's tried pot and just found it to be a big waste of time (well, apart from the normal way it's supposed to waste your time)?
Maybe you just didnt do it right. When I used to smoke it was not very often, once or twice a month and I usually planned fun stuff to do, like watching monty python movies or eating thanksgiving dinner. Its not very fun if your just going to sit around by yourself and do nothing, at least, I don't think so. I cant stand anything about cigarettes - the smell, the taste, the way the smoke makes my eyes burn... unless I'm drinking... but I rarely drink - life is much more fun sober.

1: Placing them next to a boiler will trash the heating, so don't bother. Unless you're growing a large amount the heat sig isn't so great, and can covered to a degree with cooling (computer fans, fridges, that sort of stuff). You can buy home hydroponics kits that deal with most of the hassle, or just live in a block of flats. The heat's not enough for the police to get a warrant to search the place anyway, so if it's for personal consumption and you keep your mouth shut; no problem.
2:The biggest problem is likely to be the smell. If you're not careful that will have the cops knocking on your door in no time. The kits come with an air filter these days to clear things up a little.
Weed is rarely smoked for depression, certainly no more than any other substance is abused as a crutch.
I said a wall behind a boiler, unless it can get through but what damages can it do to a boiler? Also can air conditioning help to condition the smell?
I hear that some people did smoke it on the excuse of depression, not that I see any health benefits.
By the way, I'll never smoke weed. Just curious on how it is grown.

It is up to those who choose to damage themselves by the improper use of toxic or high concentrations of plants and drugs. I see no point in taking it other than asking how it grows and the uses. On the medical side I am still unsure but I do not mean for every plant.

Marijuana is nature's zanex. And I'd be willing to wager a moderate sum that marijuana is better for you than pretty much any synthetic chemicals you could put in your body... that is to say, if you were to smoke marijuana that grew wild, and not some genetically engineered stuff from some guys basement.
AND, plants have been used for spiritual reasons by cultures all over the world for thousands of years. Lets not discount the spiritual value of plants, just because they are illegal and make you cough. Anything in excess is bad for you, even too much water can kill you - watching tv in the dark can ruin your eyesight. And nobody should smoke weed or drink alcohol because they are depressed. Thats a terrible reason. You should only do those things if you have a good reason, like spiritual enlightenment or getting wasted and having lots of sex.

I did not mean the primary reason of smoking is because they were depressed, that was their reasons as I heard it, but I know it is religious in some cultures. Also I agree that grown wild in the correct environments and taken in the right quantities could be healthy compared to the cheap stuff and in the form it is used in, even though many argue that it is not healthy at all because of the effects which I am still questioning. Can it be made healthier by removing or changing the toxic elements? Or would that ruin the style?
Recently reading that some people who take it exhibited violent behaviours was blamed on the modifications and the additional chemicals added to the drugs that they were using. I can believe that like the chemicals they feed battery farm chickens to produce eggs that appear to be orange and fresh in colour. Also the other contents they add in cigarettes that make it dangerous for people around the smoker to breathe in and reading that they keep some of the ingredients a secret.
Also to add reason as to why I see no point in taking it because I do not know how to take it in the proper religious way they might have done, if there is a way to take it without any sustained health effects they claim?
Not that I find dangerous as to illegal. The religious reasons helps to see some value and in the use. Some of the drugs they manufacturer on the street anyway could be made improperly without anyone realising as leading to improper use with the additional content.

It'll trash the heating of the plant. not the boiler, use your head a little.
I said air filter, not air conditioner. The filter's used to remove particles from the air, thus reducing the smell.
Did you even read the last part of my post?
Thank god!
