One continuity thing that I wa glad Lucas did not F up was the lightsaber issue. The same one we see in the OT were the same ones ObiWan and Anakin fought with. That truly would have been inexcusable.
A minor note, did anyone notic how sharp the lightsabers look? These were the best looking ones that i could remember in terms of vibrant, clear color.

Maybe I was sitting too close to the screen, but I thought the lightsabre blurs in the duel obscured everything, so all that choreography and rehearsal was for nothing.

Why did the lightsabers have a pointy end in E-III? I though it was rounded at the end.

Don't know, but that's so small a detail I don't really care. The point was really noticable when Mace had Palps pinned down.
