Did everyone forget the man with the tongue-twisting name asked this? Probably because the answers exactly the same as MC's. The doctors a woman.
A man walks 10 miles south. Then he walks 10 miles east. Then he walks 10 miles north. He is now at exactly the same location he started. How is this possible?

Remember Emu's face, people; one day it's going to be on the news alongside a headline about blowing some landmark to smithereens, and then we can all sigh and say, "She was such a normal person".....
....We'd be lying though.

A man is at a crossroads. In one direction lies the village of Truth, the other the village of Lies. Everone from Truth tells the truth all the time, everyone from Lies tells lies all the time. Our guy wants to go to the village of Truth. There is a local nearby so our guy decides to ask him. The trouble is, he doesn't know which village this guy is from. However, he asked him a question that got the man to tell him which road lead to the village of Truth. What was the question?

Hey, my answer works, and seeing that you didn't specify that he was on Earth in the question, I think it should count. Riddles are a game of thinking, and my answer does work.

If by chance he's from the Village of truth - they will truthfully tell him that someone from the VOL would say that the VOL was the VOT. If by chance he's from the VOL, they will lie about how someone from the VOT would say the VOT is the VOT.
Whichever village the local is from,l our guy should go to the opposite village to the one the local tells him is the VOT.

It has a bed but never sleeps
It has a mouth but never eats
It never moves but always runs
Without it life would not be long
What is it?
