Which world do you want the dining room to be in so you can get into the conference room?
Which world do you want the conference room to be in once you get there?
Yeesh. Some people just don't seem to think about things at all.

Okay, I finally found out what I had to do to get through. And I laughed my head off, so brilliant it was.
I tried everything. "STAND UP. FIGHT. SURVIVE. STAY ALIVE. FOR FUCK'S SAKE STAND UP! DON'T GIVE UP. WILL YOU JUST GET A GRIP AND FIGHT BACK ALREADY?" Damn, I hammered all those commands into the keyboard but he just wouldn't do it. I even tried flirting with the Prince. And since I was in hotel on a Welsh island, which is like a prison, I even tried GET EATEN. Didn't work.
So in the end, I was so goddamn tired that I just typed something like, OKAY BITCH, HAVE IT YOUR WAY... and DIE.
And the devilish bastard did.
...
I think I sat there for about five minutes with my mouth open.
Excellent. Most excellent. This has been the most amusing/shocking/entertaining/whatevering game I played in months.
Special Edition, anyone?

Only things that bothered me were that I wouldve like to have seen Lenkmann die, also an alternate bad ending where you fail to save the world would have been nice.

God, this is such a horrible joke... but I have to make it. Like bad pun or a common cold, you just got to spread it around.

Gyaaaah!
Edit: Ahhhh...
I feel so good, I have defeated that game and feel alot better. Hahaha.
That was fantastic Ben, your work is amazing as always..although looking at your games from yore, they've turned from Comedy to Horror/Fantasy. How did you make the jump?
Also, thanks again for the great gaming fun.

I found it the same, although looking at his hotel door reminded me of the name Chahal. It'd be useful if you could access an in-game notepad you could type and save random information on...at the moment, I've scrawled a few things on a piece of paper by my computer, just in case.

The thing that Trilby says when you pick up the meat is "This may come in handy if I meet some carnivorous creatue blah blah blah"
Now....unless you've met something that would eat meat (not people), you don't have a use for the meat yet.
Trust me, you'll know when to use the meat when the time comes.

I can understand people getting stuck on the last bit, but the rest required just a few good minutes of THINKING. The whole purpose of these games! Adventure games are supposed to present a challenge, which is indeed the driving force for you to beat them, so when you do beat them, you'll sit on your big fat bum and say “Gee… aren’t I a smarty pants!”
Okay, I’ve vented

just finished trilby's notes. i think it's so refreshing in a world of cash in horror remakes and PG-13 "thrillers" and survival horror games having to reinvent themselves as shoot-em-ups (though i do love resi 4) that one guy with AGS can create something so bold and thrillingly scary but also funny and poignant. another excellent game, yahtzee!
