Meyh, the first game was crap and I never bothered with the second. Can't see the third magically becoming interesting.

... this is... getting creepy now.
Mr. Sublime, you may add "rightfully thought that Halo was crap" to that quote in your signature...
Might I be allowed to build a shrine to honour your godlyness? This is definitely going to be one of the coolest religions ever... after all, you also got that kick-ass scar, too... my oh my... *bows down in sheer awe*

Pop quiz, hotshot. Garry Kasparov is coming to kill you, and the only way to change his mind is for you to beat him at chess. What do you do, what do you do?

Here we come to a little problem. I'm incredibly lazy, so it seems a little hypocritical of me to demand that people go to the effort of building shrines. But hey, if you want to, it strikes me as too much effort to try to stop you.

Yeah. I hate the Halo campaign. The universe sucks and the plot in the second one was so stupid. Anyways, why should Bungie bother doing the campaign for Halo 3? Just give the fans what they want, great multiplayer stuff.
Gears of War for the 360 looks interesting...

Yeah, it's fun to play cooperative. But if you have friends, why shouldn't you play multiplayer which is vastly better?
Because Natty was being a jerk.
And he doesn't like Vs modes.

Any game where they limit your arsenal to a sidearm and a one main gun of your choice (or luck in finding bullets for it) can't compare to real multiplayer shooters like Unreal Tournament. My primary beef with Halo was the abysmal single player mode (not all of us want to fork over cash to play online with l33t kiddies who have a vocabulary shorter than my short-order cook Spanish and similar in vulgarity), and a pathetic lack of variety in regards to maps and munitions.
Few people agree with me, but the Xbox's finest game is Ninja Gaiden (Black, ultimately). Halo just can't compare with real FPSs like Unreal or even Half-Life (shudder) and its ilk-spawn.
